Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns/exchanges for these styles.

Discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

 

SHIPPING

Due to state restrictions in regards to COVID-19, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. Thank you so much for your patience!

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days from order date for your order to be shipped.

Jane & Kate is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact your local post office if your tracking number states it has been delivered.



RETURN POLICY

Please read the entire policy before submitting a return request.

  • Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we have extended our Return Policy to allow an extra 7 days for return requests and to get your item(s) back to us. Please read our updated policy below.
  • Customers may submit a return request for any unused, unworn items within 21 days of order date for store credit only.
  • Returns must be received within 21 days of a submitted return request to receive credit.
    • 21 days includes the additional 7 days. Our normal return policy is 14 days.
  • Items will not be accepted for return if the item has been damaged by the customer, shows signs of wear, has been washed, smells of smoke or perfume, or contains pet hair.
  • We have the right to deny a return based on its condition.
  • All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
  • No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.
  • All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery at info@janeandkate.com.

 

EXCHANGES
We cannot guarantee the item you would like as your exchange will be in stock when we receive your return. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges, only store credit.

 

RETURN PROCESS
Before returning items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition.

 

HOW TO RETURN
1. Submit an Online Return Request by going to our Returns Center.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to package and return the item(s) to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return, as we do not provide return labels. We do recommend using USPS because they are usually the cheapest option.

3. Expect the return process to take 3-5 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Jane & Kate is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. After the return is accepted, you will receive notifications updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed, you will receive store credit via email for the return amount included.

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Jane & Kate. If customer receives the incorrect order due to an error on behalf of Jane & Kate, we will do our best to get you the correct size and cover shipping costs when returning the item(s) back to us and for replacement item(s) back to you. If there is an issue with an order and it is the customer's error, such as ordering the incorrect size/color, all shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. We do not refund shipping fees.
